With that very hard-to-pronounce title — which, by the way, means ‘river people’ — this documentary had better be damned good. And, it is. Filmmakers Bill Ross and Turner Ross follow three wide-eyed boys — the Zanders brothers — as they discover the vibrant night life in New Orleans’ French Quarter for the first time.
