One-time singer/musician Frank Fisher (Nick Offerman) struggles to keep afloat, running vinyl record store in the Brooklyn’s hip Red Hook neighborhood and spending off-hours at Sunny’s pub with perpetually stoned bartender Dave (Ted Danson).
