- The Beaches of Agnes (Les Plages de Agnes) – Cinema Guild, 110 mins., limited – Filmmaker Agnes Varda’s brilliant and stylish autobiographical documentary covers her life, times and work from her childhood to the present day, when she, at the age of 80, is still going strong.
- Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs 3D – 20th Century Fox, 93 mins.

- I Hate Valentine’s Day – IFC Films, 98 mins., limited release – Nia Vardalos wrote, produced, directed and stars in this romantic comedy in which she plays a florest who falls in love in spite of her intentions.
- Lion’s Den (Leonera) – Strand Releasing, 113 mins., limited – an Argentinean feature focusing on Julia (Martina Guzman), charged with killing her lover and sent to prison, where she discovers she’s pregnant and delivers a son, who becomes her life’s sole preoccupation.
- Local Color – Monterey Media, 107 mins
- The Girl From Monaco – Magnolia Pictures, 95 mins., limited – Anne Fontaine directs this French comedy.
