AWFJ Movie of the Week Panelists Comments:

Nell MinowHow to Train Your Dragon 2—with no Pixar summer release for the first time in more than a decade, this second part of the trilogy could be the year’s biggest animated release. The soaring effects and strong female characters make it look as exciting as the first one.

Kristy Puchko: My pick is How To Train Your Dragon 2, not only does it look to have a rousing adventure story with stupendous cinematic scope, it also has a selection of female characters who are uniquely tough, competent, and brave.

Jeanne Wolf: I’m going with How To Train Your Dragon 2. It’s even better than the much-loved first movie
