Roberta Munroe recently was appointed as artistic director of Oregon’s Ashland Independent Film Festival, celebrating its 21st anniversary this year. Munroe previously led programming for several premier global film events, including Sundance, Los Angeles Film Festival and Independent Filmmaker Project New York. She has also produced more than 40 projects and directed six films.
