SCRAP – Review by Leslie Combemale
There have been great examples of aspiring actors breaking into the mainstream through DYI, and, well, by being scrappy. The best is Matt Damon and Good Will Hunting, a film he wrote that got him an Oscar and leading man status. It’s tough out there in LA, and the percentage of actors who make it is nearly zero. That’s the world in which Scrap actor/director/writer/producer Vivian Kerr and so many other artists exist. They survive, and sometimes even thrive not just with talent, but through sheer grit.
