Aisha Tyler is slated to direct a “socially conscious psychological thriller” titled Silent John. Roxanne Avent Taylor of Hidden Empire Film Group is producing the project. The movie, written by Emmett Hughes, explores “the unholy fanaticism of a man lost in the chasm between faith, the church, and madness.”
