As an orphan living with his abusive grandfather (Timothy BottomsThe Last Picture Show) and always under the watchful eye of the local sheriff, life sucks for Stan (Jay Jay Warren, Amazon’s “Bosch”). But he’s got it better than his best friend Dommer (Cody KostroWorst Friends) whom he regularly defends from the school bullies. Additionally, their best friend Roxy (newcomer Sofia Happonen), Stan’s schoolboy crush, has fallen in with the cool crowd, who constantly harass Stan and Dommer.

When Stan finds a murderous creature has taken refuge in his backyard tool shed, he avoids going to the cops who he fears will put him back in foster care. Now the “monsters” in Stan’s daily world seem like nothing compared to the monster in the shed. While Stan tries to battle the demon alone, Dommer thinks it’s the solution to their problems… if only he could lure his bullies into the shed.

Sometimes, monsters turn regular people into heroes… and sometimes, they turn them into very different monsters.
